I thought that a punched border would be a perfect accent for the edges of the cones! I simply punched a border using the 914 4-in-1 Holly punch with no inserts and backed the punched edges with black cardstock!

I think this adds the perfect old world touch to my old fashioned Tussie Mussie!!
