April has finally arrived and we all know what that brings…rain! But you gotta have a little rain for puddles, and OH THE FUN of splashing!!!

For this card I used Punch #912 and Insert A to make a border strip to represent splashing rain. Because this punch is so detailed I inked the edges of the design to help it stand out a little.
