Hi there! Happy Friday! This weekend we are celebrating National Scrapbook Day and what better way than to SCRAPBOOK! We have a great sketch challenge for you this month (DETAILS HERE) and I chose to kick off with a layout!
I started with the sketch, the 901 Butterfly 4 in 1 Punch, the Butterfly Die (which worked WONDERFULLY in my Epic 6)and my May Crop Addict Kit and created this layout. You can see a border punched from the 4 in 1 punch under the ribbon, adding depth to my layout. I doubled up the die and added more punches to the top layer creating airy wings for my butterfly. A few of my leftover punched butterflies float near the top of the layout, too. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these butterfly punches and dies! They really help create a cohesive look on a layout when used together, you are going to see lots more butterflies from me in the future! So have fun creating for National Scrapbook Day and have a VERY Happy Mother's Day, too. :)
