The circle frames on this layout were made with the Kreaxions Circle Cutter then punched around the edges with Punch #920 and the 8cm inner circle Positioning Parts.
To successfully punch an inner circle begin by dividing it into equal parts. The star stencil is a great help here. Then punch opposite sides beginning with 1/2 then 1/4 then 1/8th. If you continue to punch opposite sides and re-center your punch for each fraction your circles will come out nearly perfect!
