Make a Wish

Hi Everyone,

This is National Scrapbook Weekend and hope you are making a lot of scrappy things.  Last week I went scrapping and only had my Circle Cutter with me, so decided to use it to make a tag that goes on top of a card.  I cut out a circle with a backing, but needed to make a smaller circle with a backing to make the tag.  So to assemble it I took the Pattern Papered circle and adhered the small circle and backing and then the final backing of the larger circle and used a paper punch to make a place I could put the twine. 

Here is what my card looked like: 

and the last thing I did was put some faux stitching between the two larger circles.
