Hi, this is Karen posting today by doing a Congratulations card for an Engagement Party. 

I used Bella Blvd Engaged collection and the punch #917 to make the hearts both negatives and positives of them. 

I took the circle cutter and punched the hearts on the inside of the circle and made it a peek-a-boo by making a pink circle the same size and putting it together.  I did not use the white hearts I punched out.  I also cut off about 1/3 of the circle.  I wanted it to look like a doily.

Next I punched out some pink hearts and added them to the left corner as a banner with twine.  Last I put a few hearts by the word Congratulations.
