This is my {youngest} nephew who turned 5 this past August – and he really seems to be enjoying himself. For this layout I used the Kreaxion's Circle Cutter - all in all I cut 3 circles.
I just layered the circles {and rings} on top of one another and attached some Simple Stories {Happy Day} Paper to the side!
