This {spooky?} card has been made using Kreaxion's 4in1 Punch 304. I paired the punch with the Positioning Parts, Circle Cutter, and Stencil A to create the detailed punched circle and added some black rhinestones to complete the look.

The 'base' of the card has been punched with punch 304, as well, only using no insert, to create a fantastic {double sided} border.
