Good Saturday morning! Today I've got a bright and springy butterfly card to share with you guys!
I had so much fun making this one! I used the fun Spring Distress Ink line from Tim Holtz for my background and the butterflies which were cut with the Butterfly Die and then punched with Punch 918. I LOVE the ease of punching the butterfly, it allows you to change the die up from a plain design to a detailed one in seconds.
To create each butterfly, I cut one out of white cardstock and inked it in the shade I wanted. Then I cut another butterfly out of purple cardstock and cut it in half. I folded my now-inked-purple butterflies in half and punched them with Punch 918 then used foam dots to insert the purple piece and make the wings look like they were in flight.
I'm off to my craft room to play! Happy crafting, everyone! –Lisa Bedigian
