Karen here, and with Easter coming up in a couple of weeks I knew I needed to make a few cards. So I had some Jillibean Soup scraps and labels and decided to make a card. I pulled out my handy, dandy Circle Cutter and made some scallops. I used some Springy Colors and the card was complete.
To make the scallops, I turned the cardstock over and drew a line and knew I had to cut out only half the circle, which makes the scallop. So you go from line to line and repeat for as long as you want it to be. I knew I only needed 3 scallops that were as big as each strip of paper. Here is what it looks like:
