One of my favorite things to do with the Kreaxions Circle Cutter is cut a circle within a circle. For this layout I cut a 10" circle, readjusted the cutter to cut an 8" circle and then cut the smaller circle within the larger one.
I then cut two smaller circles and layered them all under the photos.
Just another fun use for the Kreaxions circle cutter!
