A punched border is one element that makes a card a little bit more interesting and glitter paper makes it even more fun.

I used the 903 4-in-1 Kreaxtions punch to make my border.  All that is needed is the correct plate to help you punch and create a border.  Add to that that I used this wonderful, green glitter cardstock. 
 
Here is a close up of that border. 

 
The other accents on my card  are Nikki Sivils, Scrapbooker patterned papers, the stamped sentiment is by Lawn Fawn stamps and my little flower and stem is cut with a Cricut Expression, Cindy Loo cartridge.
