Good morning, Steph here. I just wanted to show you how versatile the Circle Cutter is. Now, I generally do cards and love the looks I can achieve with the Circle Cutter, but today, I wanted to show you just how big you can cut a circle quite easily.

SInce I wanted 2 circles, I cut the black circle at 10 1/2" and the white circle at 10". Easy peasy and the layered look is great. Just a simple twist of the Circle Cutter and you are done!! Then I just sewed the layers together.

I also used punch 911 to add a little heart border within the title. To make it stand out, I added some black cardstock underneath.
