Today I want to feature how just a simple added element can take your page to a whole new level. On this layout about my Mom being silly, I needed a border. But just a plain border wasn’t enough. So I pulled out my curvy cutter from Creative Imaginations and just kept thinking “It needs MORE!” Then I realized that the Kreaxions Punches would be PERFECT for this! I grabbed Punch #921 and put in Template A and then centered the curve on the punch. Once I backed the punched, curved paper I added just a little dab of black Stickles and some pen inside to outline and knew it was just the right touch!
Materials – LO Design Inspired by Monica Enriquez on the My Mind’s Eye Blog; Shaped Paper, Patterned Papers, Die Cut – My Mind’s Eye Lime Twist (from the My Scraps & More Store); Butterfly – from a RAK; Letters – Junkitz, Unknown; Metal Number, Metal Heart; Metal Photo Corners – Unknown; Stickles – Ranger; Bling – Queen & Company; Ribbon – Offray; Flowers – Prima; Pen – Sakura Gel Roll; Wavy Cutter – Creative Memories; Punch – Kreaxions #904 with Template A; Ric Rack, Brads – Recollections; Swirl Template – Crafter’s Workshop
