Kreaxions Circle Cutter Video Tutorial

To feature the Kreaxions Circle Cutter I chose a sketch by Lucy Chesna.  I pulled
out some OLD pics of my oldest stepson when he was a baby.  The small pictures were absolutely perfect
for the sketch!  I used my Kreaxions
Circle Cutter and Kreaxions Punch #917 to create my circle.  For this page I used the negative piece to create my layout.  I'll use the circle I cut for another page someday.  :) 

Once I cut the circle, I used Kreaxions Punch #917 with no template to randomly punch around the INSIDE of the circle.  The punched out hearts are randomly placed around the page. In order to give the page some depth I outlined the punched pieces with a silver
pen and then used some leftover Best Creations
scraps to finish creating my page.  The title
letters are sticky Thickers with orange glitter sprinkled on them.
