Punched borders make the best accent and what better time to use them then on a Christmas card.
Plus, what better punch to use then one with little holly leaves on it. I used Kreaxions 4-in-1 #914 punch. The stamps are from WOW stamps.
I just punched both edges of my dark green strip of cardstock and then added some neat paper tape down the middle of that piece.
