Lisa here today to share a layout I made using the Circle Cutter:
and the Kreaxions 4 in 1 Punch #312:
I cut a 7 1/2" circle with the Circle Cutter, punched the upper left side of my photo with the punch. I also punched the border with the same punch using insert A and added bling to the center:
