With the first day of June came my Grandmother's 84th Birthday! So, attached to her gift she found this card that I made using the Kreaxion's Stencils {B} , Kreaxion's Circle Cutter, Kreaxion's Positioning Parts and Kreaxion's 4in1 Punches 916 and 921.
MAKE A WISH
I punched a slightly smaller circle using Punch 916, layering it under another Punched Inner Circle {Punch 921}. A bit of bling in the center of the little flowers adds an extra POP of sparkle!

Thanks ladies – and you know, Bev, I should have said that I cut an orange ring {using my circle cutter} to fit UNDER the punched flowers – so that they would pop, then I added a rhinestone to each one! Boy that circle cutter is FANTASTIC!
