Last summer my husband and I went to his hometown of
Ketchikan, Alaska for a visit.  One of
the days we were there, the tide was unusually low at minus 21 feet!  So we got up early to take advantage and see
what we could find.  Among many other
things, I found this beautiful red starfish. 
So I pulled out a sketch from the My Scraps & More Sketch Book and used
the Creative Memories curvy cutter to create my wavy border.  (The cut-away piece is on the bottom of the
page.) 

Then I used Kreaxions Punch 915 with
no template and punched alternately on each side of the border. 

I used the cut-away triangular pieces for
accents around the page. 

Finally,
Template C gave the corners of the picture some personality.  I cut two circles with the Kreaxions Circle
Cutter and drew double wavy lines on them for accent.  And to finish off the page I added Dew Drops
from The Robin’s Nest to enhance different areas. 

Alcohol inks colored the chipboard
letters and edges all of the papers.
